Tungsten carbide is incredibly hard, yet brittle — avoid dropping the tool on hard surfaces.

To maintain its edge, occasionally sharpen lightly with a fine diamond file (available in my shop).

Apply a touch of oil or natural wax to the handle from time to time to preserve its glow and strength.
